1. Booking / Payment

It is a prerequisite to complete the initial questionnaire for all consultations/bookings to be further considered by TCA Dr Clinic. This may lead to a remote or face to face consultation appointments and suggestion of further tailored management plan.

The appointment booking fee (as on website) will need to be paid, at this time, for all remote / face to face consultations relating to medical aesthetics. If this appointment is cancelled more than 48 hours before the consultation appointment, then the sum will be returned in full. However, if cancelled less than 48 hours pre scheduled consultation, then the sum will be retained by the clinic.

The appointment booking fee is not applicable in cases for private GP consultations and joint injections. However, the fee will need to be paid in clinic on day, prior to consultation. Following a initial private GP consultation, any additional investigations charges and further ongoing follow-up consultations will incur relevant further costs by patient.

The total cost of all face to face consultation / treatments, will need to be paid on day in clinic, prior to review. Initial face to face booking fee for medical aesthetic related consultations, will be subtracted from the total cost of treatment if carried out on the day of consult. Thus only the difference in payment will be due on the day of scheduled clinic appointment.

If you wish to make a complaint, please email contact@TCA Dr.co.uk. We will acknowledge all written complaints within three working days and respond within twenty working days or a written or an explanation of why the response is taking longer and when they can expect a response.

9. Returns Policy

Consultation fees will be refunded, if cancelled up to 48 hours prior to the appointment. Unless suggested otherwise in a promotion where a service is being given in a discount or free. 

Products will be exchanged within 14 days of purchase only provided the products have not been opened or used.

The TCA Dr Clinic will not provide refunds on treatments that have been provided in good faith with all appropriate consents.

10. Policy On Children & Pets

We do not accept children or pets into the clinic unless they are supervised by a friend or family member.
